Mrs. Coker is the CEO/Lead Coach of Constellation Coaching Group.

She has over 26years of successful corporate experience, having occupied C-level positions in global multinational corporations in Banking, Telecommunications and Financial Services. She left the financial sector as an Executive Director of a leading International commercial bank before starting a career in Coaching and Psychology.

She has served on global boards in non-executive roles and as Board chair in three different continents and brings this richness into her current role as DEIB Director at the ICF Houston Chapter Board.

Currently a Ph.D. in Applied Organizational Psychology Candidate in the United States, she has BSc in Personnel Management, an MBA from Cranfield University (UK) and an MSc in Psychology from Arizona State University (USA).

Her passion for developing future leaders propelled her to facilitate strategy case study sessions for MBA students at a leading Business School, she also taught psychology and statistics at post graduate level as part of her doctoral journey.

She is a member of the Psi Chi (the International Honor Society in Psychology). A Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Licensed NLP Coach Trainer, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council; (an exclusive, invitation-only council for outstanding global coaches). She holds the International Coaching Federation Certification of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) and is a certified EQi-2.0 and EQi-360 Assessor. She is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
