Dr. Coker is the Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Coaching Group. She brings a unique combination of deep corporate experience and in-depth knowledge of Coaching and Psychological Science into the executive and leadership coaching space. She has a proven C-Suite track record of implementing change, evolving positive customer service culture, and brand advocacy programs in leading organizations, including GT Bank, Ecobank, and MTN. She has also provided Customer Service Excellence & Brand Advocacy training to clients such as ARM, AXA Mansard & Airtel. Her experience in facilitating strategy sessions at the Lagos Business School for MBA students and teaching Psychology at Master’s level students in the US at Arizona State University and Fielding Graduate University has helped enhance her expertise in delivering impactful training.

She is a certified professional coach (PCC) certified by the International Coaching Federation. Dr. Coker sits on the board of the ICF (Houston, USA). She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council (an exclusive, invitation-only council for outstanding global coaches), a Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and a Licensed NLP Coach Trainer. She has over 30 years of successful corporate experience, having left the Banking sector as an Executive Director. She has a PhD in Applied Psychology (Fielding Graduate University, USA), an MBA from Cranfield University (UK), an MSc in Psychology (Arizona State University, USA), and a BSc degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (UNILAG). She is a Member of the Institute of Directors and sits on various International Boards.
